Located on the top floor of HEY, a multi-purpose cultural building in Paju, this space serves as both a private residence and a rental venue.
I contribute to the spatial and structural design from the earliest stage of the project, working closely on the building’s layout and window planning.
The interior focuses on creating depth and flow, with a blue spiral staircase that adds both movement and visual interest.
Colors and materials are selected with care to maintain a clean, quiet atmosphere.
Hidden doors and furniture emphasize the architecture while keeping the space minimal and refined.
